PAPER SUBMISSION

Deadline for Submission of Full Papers: June 30, 2007

Full paper format and Check list:

1. Papers written only in a Word DOC  file will be accepted.
2. Paper size is A4  (210 × 297 mm, 8.27 × 11.69 inches).
3. Left/right and top/bottom margins are 2.54 cm (1 inc).
4. Use Times New Roman Font; 14-pt for the title and 12-pt for the rest. 
5. Maximum length for the full papers is 6 with single space.
6. Numerate all figures and Tables; Fig.1, Fig. 2, ..., Table 1, Table 2, ..., etc.
7. Left align and numerate all equations.
8. All graphics have sufficient resolution and are legible on-screen.
9. Use IEEE style for the References.
