Payment Terms
In order to register for academic semesters, semester instructional fees must be paid in full via one of the following means within the period indicated in the academic calendar, at the beginning of each semester.
Cash payments are collected through banks.
While effecting the payment, student name, surname, and Turkish Republic Identity Number (TCKN) must be written correctly and completely on the bank receipt.
Advance Payment:
a) Annual Advance Payment;
College fees can fully be paid during registration via:
• Bank accounts of the university given below, money transfer, EFT
• Credit cards of all banks if the limit is enough to pay the full fee in advance
• Bank loan paid in advance.
6% cash discount is applied if the annual fee is paid fully during registration.
b) Cash Payment for each semester;
University fees can be paid during the semester registration via:
• Bank accounts of the university given below, money transfer, EFT
• Credit cards of all banks if the limit is enough to pay the semester fee
• Bank loan paid in advance.
Payment in instalment:
a) Credit Card;
• Semester fee can be paid in 3 instalments without any interest
• Annual fee can be paid in 8 instalments without any interest
By using the following limits available cards
Credit cards of the following banks (İş Bankası, Garanti, Yapı ve Kredi, Akbank, Halk Bankası) if the limit is enough to pay the semester fee
b) Paying by cheque;
• Education fees can be paid by cheque on a yearly basis or for a semester at given instalment dates.

 1st instalment: At the enrolment
2nd instalment: 10 November, 2011
3rd instalment: 10 December, 2011
2011-2012 Spring Semester
1st instalment: 10 February, 2011
2nd instalment: 10 March, 2011
3rd instalment: 10 April, 2011
% 3 default interest is applied to the education fees that are not paid on time.

Payment by Bank Credit System:
Halk Bank provides special education loan assistance for Doğuş University students. The bank provides the alternative of 12 monthly payments on condition that 1/6 of annual education fee be paid to the bank in cash. The loan will be directly transferred to the university account by the bank. The person who will do the payment on behalf of the student needs to visit Doğuş University Uydu Branch of our bank, which is located at the university, with the required documents in person and complete the loan process.
Required Documents:
Identity card, residence document or a bill registered to your name, 1 photograph.
For the salary earners; Insurance Service printout of the last three months, Closed payroll or salary transcript on a letterhead with the employer's circular of signature.
For the ones who are self-employed; Current tax-plate, financial accounts of the last 1 year, circular of signature, additional financial accounts for the company partners, trade registry gazette.
For the rental income owners: Photocopy of deed and lease agreement and rental contract.
For the pensioners: Service scheme for the retired, an employed co-signer for the ones who are paid from a different bank.
- Your documents must be current.
- The Bank may require a guarantor if necessary.
- Please take into the consideration that the Halk Bank branch within our campus might be busy during the last days of the payments so we highly recommend you make your payments earlier.
