If you see a form with 3 fields: user name , password and the domain name;

you have to enter user name and domain name seperately.

Example : For the student with id 200232099, we have 2 fields in the login screen ;
User Name :  Ata\2K232099
Password   :  ******* (Students password) 

Example : For the student with id 200232099, we have 3 fields in the login screen ;
User Name :  2K232099
Password   :   ******* (Students password) 
Domain      :   Ata

   If OnLine Registration Form doesn't appear when you click on the 'DERS KAYIT' button, you have to disable or uninstall the Popup Blockers on your computer.

   After you enter your username and password correctly, if the login fails, the problem may be occured because of your internet service provider. If you have a problem like this we suggest you to try 146 TTnet service for the internet connection.
 
   If you don't know your username and password you may send your student id card and new password with 6 numbers by fax to +90 216 327 11 31 or mail to adress dusoft@dogus.edu.tr . If you don't have your student id card you can use your TC identity card. After we receive the required information, whitin 24 hours you can login with the new password you specified.  You have to remember that if there is anything wrong in the information you send to us, the changing password procedure will fail. After getting the information above, if you can't get into the system, you have to register from the lab computers in our university.
