ERASMUS+ MOBILITY OF LEARNING AND INTERNSHIP APPLICATIONS

Applications for the students who want to study in the universities we have contracted abroad in the scope of exchange programs during the 2018-2019 Academic Year will be accepted between 05.02.2018-23.02.2018.

Who can apply?

Applications for the students who want to study in universities abroad that we contracted within the scope of Erasmus + Learning during the 2018-2019 Academic Year and Internship Movement during the 2017-2018 Academic year will be held between 05.02.2018 - 23.02.2018. Applications are accepted once each year for the next academic year.

Our students will be able to apply online through the Student Information System (OBS). After completing the online application, the student must print out the application form and submit it to the International Relations Office together with the current date transcript. Students who is applying for Internship Mobility should also submit their acceptance letters and resumes.

How to apply?

Applications for the students who want to study in universities abroad that we contracted within the scope of Internship Movement during the Academic year and Erasmus + Learning during the 2018-2019 Academic Year will be held between 05.02.2018 - 23.02.2018. Applications are accepted once each year for the next academic year.

Our students will be able to apply online through the Student Information System (OBS). You must download your current transcript at the time of application. Students who apply for Internship Mobility need to download additional letters of acceptance and resumes.

What are the Terms of Application?

1. Full-time students enrolled in a higher education program in any of the formal education levels.

2. a) At least 20 / 4.00 cumulative academic grade average for the first level (Undergraduate / Associate) students.

b) The cumulative academic grade average of the second and third level students (Master and Ph.D.) should be at least 2.50 / 4.00.

3.There must be a sufficient ECTS credit load for student mobility for studies

4.If the student has benefitted from the program of higher education mobility during the Erasmus + and Lifelong Learning (LLP) period, the total number of months with the new program cannot exceed 12 months.


Internship Mobility: Before the student is selected, the internship should be determined and the acceptance letter must be received.

English Proficiency Exam

Students wishing to study abroad will have to attend the Erasmus Written Language Examination in Doğuş University Acibadem campus on 03.03.2018. The Speaking Exam will be held on 12th - 13th -14th March 2018, the place and the time of the examinations will be announced by Foreign Languages Unit.

Selection criteria

2018 the evaluation criteria and weighted points to be used in evaluating mobility applications

The following criteria and weighted points apply when assessing applications

Academic Achievement Level 50% (of 100 points in total)
Language Score 50% (of 100 points in total)
Martyrs and veterans children + 15 points 
Disability students (with the documentation of disability)    + 10 points
Previously exploit (grants or without grants)       -10 points
Participating in mobility in the country of citizenship            -10 points

According to the total score, students are ranked and placed according to the quota status of universities with preference sequences. Total quota is determined as 3 persons for each section
