Library and Documentation Center

The Doğuş University Library and Documentation Center was established in 1997, with the commencement of the university’s academic life.

The library, located in ergonomically designed areas on the Dudullu and Çengelköy campuses, aims to support educational and research programs, fulfill the information and document needs of academic staff, students, and employees, and support the accumulation, usage, and transfer of knowledge at national and international levels.

Supported by the University administration with the understanding that “the library is the heart of the university,” the library, with its information resources and services, is an important reference center for faculty members, students, staff, the local community, and researchers in Turkey and around the world. Through its dynamic website (https://library.dogus.edu.tr), researchers can benefit from electronic library services 24/7 without interruption.

The library provides services such as reference services, access to information, internet use, audiovisual resources, use of electronic databases, lending, interlibrary loan, etc. In addition to traditional library services, it organizes continuous training programs to increase the use of library resources. The library provides all kinds of printed, electronic, and audiovisual information resources in line with the needs of its users. Information resources in printed form are available through an open-shelf system. Electronic resources can be accessed via the multimedia-equipped computer laboratory within the library, users’ own laptops, or through remote access.
